TALA POTHICHIL
Thalapothichil, also known as Shirolepa, is an Ayurvedic procedure involving the application of a medicated herbal paste to the head. It's a cooling treatment used for various ailments, including stress, anxiety, and scalp disorders. The procedure typically includes a head massage with medicated oil, followed by the application of the paste, and then a covering of herbal leaves. The paste is left on for a period, often 40-60 minutes, and then removed, followed by another massage.

- Paste Preparation: A paste is prepared using ingredients like amla powder, buttermilk, and other cooling herbs, ground fresh daily.
